Finnish Federation for the Animal Welfare Associations SEY is an animal welfare federation.
The federation is built upon the idea of respect for the individual animal and the promotion of animal welfare. The federation aims to protect all animals in the best possible way from pain, suffering, anxiety, harm and fear.
The federation wants to influence the political decision-making process that all animal welfare issues are taken into consideration.
SEY does practical animal welfare work through volunteer animal inspection and sharing information.
The federation has good working relationship with the decision-makers and authorities. SEY has been working for better animal welfare since 1901.
