Yleistä tietoa

Kaikki hierontani ovat mittatyötä. Minua ohjaavat:
- mitä kuulen (kertomuksesi, miksi tulit luokseni) ,
- mitä näen (esim. ryhdissäsi) ja
- mitä tunnen (esim. kireitä ja rentoja kudoksia).
Se mitä kuulen ja näen antaa minulle vihjeitä siitä, mihin kudoksiin hoito kannattaa kohdistaa. Kudosten tuntu on kaikkein tärkeintä. Näen asian näin: Tunteminen on hoito. Tapa jolla tunnen on hoitotekniikka. Käytän monta hoitotekniikkaa, mutta olen erikoistunut triggerpistehierontaan, lihaskalvohierontaan sekä syväkudoshierontaan. En pyri ainoastaan hoitamaan oireita, vaan porautumaan vaivojesi syihin.

All my massages are made to measure. I am guided by
- what I hear (your story, why you have come to me) ,
- what I see (for instance in your posture) and
- what I feel (for instance tense and relaxed tissues).
What I hear and see gives me hints where to feel. Feeling is the most important of all. This is how I see it: Feeling is the treatment. The way that I feel is the treatment technique. I use many treatment techniques, but have specialized myself in trigger point massage, fascial massage as well as deep tissue massage. I aim to treat not only the symptoms, but to get to the cause of your complaints.
