Our wooden lamps are made from very thin wooden slices (1-5 mm) with exposed end grain.
Especially long grained wood (like pine or spruce) has the characteristic that a light can shine trough. By doing so a very natural, warm and calming light is created and the peculiarity of the wood is shown in a very different way.
We are just using wood that is local grown because we are convinced of its quality and aim to produce as sustainable and responsible as possible.
