All Those Perspectives offers consulting and existential coaching for both groups and individuals. Existential coaching gains ground in Europe among people who struggle with the meaning in their own lives, and among coworkers searching for fulfillment within companies. I'm introducing existential coaching in Finland: we go from reflection to insight and from choice to action, with inspiration from existential philosophers and psychologists.

Working to live or living to work? For most of us the answer is yes and yes, since life decisions seldom have a simple either-or solution. But finding balance between the two might be challenging. 30 years of working in media and publishing has taught me a lot about people's motivation, fears and hopes, especially in times of change. Exploring one's situation in a broader perspective together with somebody who is not a boss, colleague, friend or family member usually makes decisions more sustainable.
